We provide the medication, resources, and support to help our patients succeed on their own terms, wherever they are in their journey. Boulder is welcoming new patients for opioid and alcohol use disorder treatment. Patients can self-enroll in our treatment program, or we offer several ways to refer patients to Boulder Care. Additionally, patients can sign-up for Boulder Care's treatment program at any Max's Mission office in Jackson, Josephine and Klamath counties.

Choices Counseling Center provides assessment, treatment and education to people in Josephine County who are struggling with the consequences of substance use. We realize that abuse or addiction is a complex problem that demands an array of professional and support services such as group counseling, individual counseling and case management. Gender specific services are available and confidentiality, privacy and ethics are a priority to our individualized planning for each individuals specific needs.
